The timetable

Fitness classes in Woodside, NY, seven days a week

Every class, with the coach, the studio and the cap printed against it — because a class size is a promise and it should be visible before you book rather than discovered in the room.

The week

Every class, day by day

Classes are booked in the member app — fourteen days ahead on the Coached and One-to-One tiers, seven days ahead on Foundation. Cancel more than two hours before with no penalty. Open Coaching Hour is not a class and needs no booking: a coach simply stands on the strength floor for sixty minutes and answers anything you ask, including 'is this right'.

Booking

How the caps and the waitlist actually work

A cap that bends is not a cap. Ours do not, which occasionally annoys people and is the single most common reason members say the classes here are worth the money.

  • The caps are physical, not aspirational

Conditioning and boxing at twenty, cycling at twenty-four because there are twenty-four bikes, yoga and mobility at eighteen, reformer at eight because there are eight reformers, and small-group coaching at six. When a class is full it runs a waitlist.

  • Booking windows

Coached and One-to-One members book fourteen days ahead; Foundation members and class-pass holders seven. The window is the main practical benefit of the Coached tier during January and the evening peak.

  • Cancelling

More than two hours before and nothing happens at all. Inside two hours it counts as a no-show, because that is the point at which the waitlist can no longer be filled.

  • No-shows

Three inside a month costs you priority booking for the following month. We do not charge for a missed class — charging turns a courtesy problem into a transaction and does nothing to free the spot for the person who wanted it.

  • Waitlists

Automatic. If a spot opens you are notified and have thirty minutes to claim it. Roughly one waitlisted member in three gets into an evening class, and almost everyone gets into a morning one.

  • Your first class is free

Any class on this timetable, once, whether or not you are a member. Arrive ten minutes early for cycling or reformer so a coach can set you up properly.

Choosing

Which class, if you are not sure

  • You want to be fitter and you hate running

Indoor cycling or conditioning. Cycling has almost no joint impact and you control the resistance entirely, which makes it the safest hard work in the building. Indoor cycling.

  • You want to be stronger

Strength Foundations — a small group capped at six, with individual loading and a real progression. It is a coaching session rather than a class. Strength training.

  • You sit at a desk all day

Yoga & Mobility, and the lunchtime Express Mobility format. Built around the restrictions our screens actually find rather than around achieving a shape. Yoga and mobility.

  • You find exercise boring

Boxing fitness. It is the only class on the timetable that is also a skill, which is why people who dislike gyms do it for years. Boxing fitness.

  • You are managing an injury or a bad back

Reformer pilates, after a short screen with Priya. Spring resistance supports as much as it loads, so it can train somebody who cannot yet hold their own bodyweight. Reformer pilates.

  • You are over sixty

Senior Strength, Tuesday and Thursday mornings, capped at twelve and included in every tier. Same principles, adjusted pacing, aimed squarely at staying independent. Senior fitness.

Your first one is free

Try any class on this timetable, once, for nothing

Member or not. Book it at the desk or through the contact form, and arrive ten minutes early for cycling or reformer so a coach can set you up. There is no sales conversation attached to it.
