How much does a gym membership in Woodside, NY cost?
Our Foundation membership is $89 a month for full gym access, an assessment and a written programme. Coached is $189 a month and adds unlimited classes, two small-group sessions a week and a named coach. One-to-One is $549 a month and includes eight private sessions. All three are month to month with no contract, no initiation fee and no annual charge — the pricing page sets out exactly what is in each and what the add-ons cost.
How much is a personal trainer in Woodside, NY?
A single sixty-minute private session is $95, a block of ten is $850, and the One-to-One membership at $549 a month works out to roughly $69 a session with everything else included. Small-group coaching, capped at six people, is $40 a session or included in the Coached membership. Every price is on the pricing page and none of them requires a package purchase.
Do I need to be fit before I join a gym?
No, and that idea is the single most common reason people put this off for years. The largest group in the building is people who have never trained before. Your first twelve weeks are written to be repeatable rather than impressive, and the first two orientation sessions exist precisely so that nothing on the floor is a mystery.
Is there a contract or a joining fee?
Neither. Membership is month to month, there is no initiation fee, no annual maintenance charge, and no notice period. You cancel with a form at the desk or an email and it stops at the end of the month you have paid for. The price you join at is the price you keep for as long as you stay a member.
Can I try it before I join?
Yes, twice over. The ninety-minute assessment with a coach is free and involves no obligation, and every prospective member gets a complimentary one-week pass that includes classes. Nobody here is paid commission for signing you up, which is why the trial is not a sales appointment.
I am coming back from an injury. Can you train me?
Usually yes, and it is a large part of what Priya does. Bring your physical therapist's discharge summary or your provider's clearance. We will build inside the stated restrictions in writing and, with your permission, speak to your therapist directly. What we will not do is guess — if we have not been told about a restriction we cannot work around it.
Are your classes included, or extra?
Every class on the timetable is included in the Coached and One-to-One memberships with no per-class charge. Foundation members can buy classes individually at $22, or a ten-class pass for $190. Classes are capped and booked through the member app up to fourteen days ahead for Coached members and seven for everyone else.
How big are the classes?
Conditioning and boxing are capped at twenty, indoor cycling at twenty-four, yoga and mobility at eighteen, and reformer pilates at eight because that is how many reformers there are. Small-group coaching is capped at six. When a class is full it is full — we run a waitlist rather than adding bodies to a room.
Do you have a sauna, and what else is in the recovery suite?
A cedar sauna, a cold plunge, a dedicated stretching and mobility area with rollers and bands, and a quiet room. Coached members have access outside peak hours; One-to-One members at any time; Foundation members can add the recovery suite for $25 a month. There is more detail on the facility page.
What areas do you serve?
Woodside first — we are two minutes from the 61st Street–Woodside station — then Sunnyside, Jackson Heights, Elmhurst, Astoria, Long Island City, Maspeth, Corona, Rego Park, Forest Hills, Middle Village, Ridgewood and Glendale. Our online coaching has members across the wider borough, Brooklyn and Manhattan. The service areas page has the full list with ZIP codes.
